Camp Knots and Bolts: Blast Into Robotics
We’re thrilled to announce our second summer camp, and you’re invited to be part of it!
Camp Knots and Bolts, hosted by FRC Team 1458 and Red Tie Robotics Foundation, is a fun-filled, hands-on robotics camp designed for students entering grades 3–6.
This beginner-friendly, half-day camp is all about building, problem-solving, and exploring the exciting world of STEAM through robotics.
Throughout the week, campers will:
- Build real robots using VEX GO kits
- Learn basic engineering concepts
- Complete creative challenges and obstacle courses
- Work together in teams to prepare for a fun final competition
- Play collaborative games that build teamwork and curiosity
No experience is required, just a love of learning and a spirit of adventure! Campers will be guided by members of Red Tie Robotics and experienced mentors in a safe, supportive environment.
Campers will take home a certificate of achievement, a special keepsake, and tons of memories from Red Tie Robotics’ second summer camp experience.
